To provide multi-tenant social media scheduling and PR analysis, we collect the following types of information:

• Account & Workspace Information: Business/creator name, website URL, brand guidelines, tone of voice, content pillars, and user email addresses.
• Social Media OAuth Tokens (Delegated Access): When you link your social media accounts, we receive scoped OAuth access tokens and basic profile identifiers (such as your handle, channel name, or public ID). We never receive, access, or store your passwords.
• User-Generated Content: Post drafts, captions, strategy prompts, schedules, media URLs, and editorial notes created inside your workspaces.
• Community Engagement Data: Public comments, replies, and mentions retrieved via official platform APIs solely to provide PR sentiment analysis and suggested responses in your PR Inbox.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect strictly to:

• Authenticate your authorization to publish posts to your designated social media profiles (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and X).
• Execute scheduled publishing at the date and time configured by you in the Content Calendar.
• Generate AI-assisted omnichannel drafts tailored to your brand voice and target audience.
• Detect crisis sentiment and analyze public brand mentions in your PR Inbox.
• Maintain system reliability, security, and prevent unauthorized access.

3. Data Storage & Security Standards

We implement rigorous technical and organizational security measures to protect your data:

• AES-256 Encryption: Sensitive OAuth access tokens and secrets are encrypted at rest.
• Multi-Tenant Isolation: Client workspaces are strictly segregated. Account tokens and scheduled drafts in Workspace A are inaccessible to users in Workspace B.
• TLS 1.3 Encryption: All data transmitted between your browser, our servers, and third-party social APIs is encrypted using modern TLS cryptographic protocols.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data or social media tokens to third parties. Data is shared solely with:

• Official Social Platform APIs: LinkedIn Corporation, Meta Platforms Inc., Google LLC (YouTube), and X Corp. strictly as necessary to execute the publishing or engagement tasks you explicitly instruct.
• Cloud Infrastructure Providers: Managed database and hosting providers (Supabase and Railway) bound by strict confidentiality and data protection agreements.

5. User Rights, Data Retention & Revocation

You have total control over your connected accounts and stored data:

• 1-Click Disconnect: You can disconnect any social media channel at any time from the Channels tab in EeseSocial. Disconnecting an account immediately deletes its stored OAuth token from our database.
• Revoke via Social Platforms:You can revoke EeseSocial's permissions at any time directly from your account settings on LinkedIn, Google, Meta, or X.
• Data Deletion Requests: To request complete deletion of your workspace, brand kit, and all historical post data, email us at [email protected]. We process deletion requests within 48 hours.

6. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for professional creators, businesses, and agency teams. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 16.
