These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of EeseSocial (accessible at https://social.eese.ai), provided by Eese.ai. By creating an account, connecting a social media account, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

EeseSocial provides multi-tenant social media management tools, including AI-driven content generation, scheduling, calendar automation, client review portals, and community PR sentiment monitoring across supported third-party social platforms (LinkedIn, Meta/Instagram/Facebook, Google/YouTube, X).

2. Account & Third-Party Platform Compliance

When connecting social accounts to EeseSocial, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have full legal authority to publish content on behalf of the connected profiles, pages, or channels.
• You will comply with the respective Terms of Service and Community Guidelines of each connected network (including LinkedIn User Agreement, YouTube Terms of Service, Meta Community Standards, and X Rules).
• You will not use EeseSocial to distribute spam, malware, hate speech, illegal material, or misleading/prohibited content.

3. Intellectual Property & Ownership

You retain 100% ownership of all content, ideas, images, videos, and post copy created or published through your workspace. EeseSocial claims no ownership rights over your creative assets or brand content.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

EeseSocial is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive for continuous uptime and reliable scheduling, third-party social media networks may update their APIs, rate limits, or policies without prior notice. We are not liable for any delays, rejections, or suspensions imposed by third-party social platforms.

5. Termination

You may terminate your relationship with EeseSocial at any time by disconnecting your channels and deleting your workspace data. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
